Terms of Service
By creating an account or using Peptra you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What Peptra is — and is not
Peptra is a personal record-keeping tool for peptide and GLP-1 tracking: protocols, dose logs, vial inventory, reminders, weight trends, daily check-ins, a reference library, a clinician report of your own log, and an educational AI assistant ("Ask Pep").
Peptra is not a medical service or a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or recommend compounds or doses. The reference library and Ask Pep provide general educational information only, and can be incomplete or wrong. Always consult a licensed clinician for medical decisions. Never start, stop or change any compound or dose because of something in this app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number.
2. Your responsibility
- Everything you track in Peptra is data you chose to enter; you are responsible for its accuracy and for your own health decisions.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including how you lawfully obtain any substance you track. Peptra does not help source or purchase compounds.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Peptra to break the law, to harm others, to probe or overload our systems, or to attempt to extract other users' data. Do not attempt to make Ask Pep act outside its educational scope, and do not abuse Refer a friend (for example with fake or throwaway accounts).
4. Peptra Pro subscriptions
Logging doses, reminders, protocols, vials, check-ins and the reference library are free. Where it is offered, Peptra Pro is a paid subscription that adds Ask Pep, the clinician report and weight sync with Apple Health or Health Connect.
- Billing. Pro is sold through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase, at the price and for the period shown before you buy.
- Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trial. If a plan includes a free trial, it is shown before you buy. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Cancelling. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings (in the app, while you have a paid subscription: Profile → Settings → Manage or cancel subscription). Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your Peptra account or the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot issue them. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
- Price changes are announced by Apple or Google as their rules require before they apply to you.
If you downloaded Peptra from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
5. Refer a friend
Where Pro is sold, you can invite friends. When a new account uses your link or code within 7 days of being created, it receives 7 days of Pro, and so do you — unless a referral week you earned earlier is still running, or you have reached the limit (currently 3 rewards in any 30 days and 12 in a year). Each new account can claim one code, ever; you cannot use your own code, or the code of someone you invited. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, end automatically, and never shorten or replace a paid subscription. We may withhold or remove rewards obtained by abusing the programme, and we may change or end it, without affecting rewards already granted.
6. Your data
Your tracking data belongs to you. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and all its data at any time in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account).
7. Availability and changes
Peptra is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. Ask Pep depends on third-party AI models, has daily limits, and may be unavailable at times.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptra and its developer are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including decisions made based on tracked data, reference content or AI answers. Any number the app works out for you is a convenience — verify anything important yourself. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Peptra and delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it applies to you.
11. Languages
These terms are published in several languages. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies, to the extent the law where you live allows.
