Peptra is a log for your peptide and GLP-1 protocols, doses, vials, weigh-ins and daily check-ins. Below are answers to the questions we hear most, and how to reach a person.

What does Peptra Pro include?
Pro adds three things: Ask Pep (educational answers about peptides and tracking), the clinician report (your log as a PDF or CSV), and weight sync with Apple Health or Health Connect. Logging doses, reminders, protocols, vials, check-ins and the reference library stay free.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are billed and managed by the store you bought from, so cancelling happens there:
- iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Peptra Pro → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Peptra Pro → Cancel.
You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
I paid, but Pro is not unlocked
Open any Pro feature to bring up the plans screen and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in to the same Peptra account, and to the same Apple ID or Google account, that made the purchase. If it still does not unlock, write to us.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through Google Play's order history. We cannot issue store refunds ourselves.
Using Peptra
My dose reminders do not arrive
Check that reminders are on in Profile → Settings → Dose reminders and that notifications for Peptra are allowed in your phone's settings. On Android, if Settings shows Exact reminder times, turn it on so reminders arrive on the minute. A dose you have already logged for today does not get a reminder.
Does Peptra tell me what or how much to take?
No. Peptra records what you and your clinician decide. It never recommends a compound or a dose, and Ask Pep answers general questions only. It is not medical advice.
How do I change the language?
Profile → Settings → Language. Peptra follows your phone's language until you choose one. The peptide reference library stays in English on purpose: every entry is a cited claim, translated only after a qualified review.
How does Refer a friend work?
Share your invite link or code from Profile → Settings → Refer a friend. When a friend creates a new Peptra account with it, you both get 7 days of Pro. It never shortens or replaces a paid subscription.
Your data
How do I delete my account and data?
Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and everything you have logged. It cannot be undone, so export a report first if you want a copy.
Who can see what I log?
Only you, signed in to your account. Ask Pep sends a question to Google Gemini only after you agree to it, and you can turn that off in Settings. Read the full privacy policy.
